Please be aware, effective at the close of business June 17th, 2005, we will no longer load ATOM data into the new Brokerage Payment System (BPS) and therefore, after this date, any changes made in ATOM will also have to be made in BPS.

Currently the test Parallel BPS system is accessible in the Clearing Production section of the CME portal.  This test version contains all the data from 3270-ATOM.  Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the new application and ensure your firm data is accurate.  Please note, that your password will be the same as your user id when you initially log in.

Also, please note the following important items:

• BPS will go live July 1st and will process all trades after this effective date
• The June month end processing and creation of the banking files will be done by ATOM
• During the adjustment period, July 1st thru the 5th, any changes that need to be applied for June business will need to be entered in ATOM only.  If the changes need to be carried over into July onwards then they need to be entered in BPS as well.
• On Wednesday July 6th, ATOM system will no longer be available to Firms.
